The onboarding process will set you and your institution up for success with Upswing! In the coming weeks, you’ll learn how to log in and navigate the Upswing platform, as well as work with your HERO to get your institution’s courses and purchased products ready to go for your students.

SAML Integrations
Upswing Technical Guide for Partners - SAML – This guide will help you and your Information Technology (IT) team connect to Upswing via a SAML integration.
Microsoft Azure SAML Setup – This guide will help you and your Information Technology (IT) team set up your SAML integration with Upswing, if your institution is using Microsoft Azure AD.
SAML Certificate – If you are using Okta, an additional step is needed to enable Upswing’s self-signed certificate.
LDAP Integrations
Upswing Technical Guide for Partners - LDAP – This guide will help you and your Information Technology (IT) team connect to Upswing via a LDAP integration.
SFTP Mailbox
In order to protect your student’s data, we request that all files with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) be sent to Upswing via your SFTP mailbox:
- SFTP Server address: sync.upswing.io
- Credentials will by provided by your HERO
- By default this login takes you to your "root" folder. From here you can see the folders "dev," "download," and "upload." Please deposit files into the "upload" folder.
Upswing’s SLA Policy
Upswing Technical Guide for Partners - SLA Policy – This guide shares the service level agreements that define shared expectations between Upswing and our partners.
Note: if you discover a bug or other technical issue while using the Upswing platform, please reach out to your HERO via email, with as much of the following information as possible:
- Issue that’s occurring
- What specific page you were on when the issue occurred
- What steps you took immediately prior to the issue occurring
- What device you were on when the issue occurred (phone, computer, tablet, etc.)
- What browser you were using to access Upswing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
